Total overall cost is a combination of:

Device (GPS tracker) cost: customer owns the GPS tracking device ("tracker")
Activation fee: each tracker contains a fully activated SIM card, already configured and installed, with coverage in Canada & United States
Monthly Plan service fee: defines the frequency of data transmission from device to server (month-to-month or yearly)
installation fee - plus the cost of any additional accessories or special requirements, as requested by customer (no fee for self-installation)
Shipping cost: none if residing in - calculated automatically depending on order quantity

There are no shipping fees for locations within . For all other locations, the shipping fee is as follows:

▶ Canada: for one GPS tracker and for each additional GPS tracker (shipping via Canada Post, with tracking #).

▶ United States: for one GPS tracker and for each additional GPS tracker (shipping via Canada Post, with tracking #); we will do our best to include all U.S. Customs duties and fees.

Full payment is required before initiating any shipping preparations, including device configuration and SIM card activation according to the monthly plan(s) chosen. For out-of-stock devices, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks until the devices are back in stock and ready for shipping (we will contact you in that case). We are committed to deliver a quick and great customer service!

To stop future payments (monthly - for month-to-month or yearly - for one full year of discounted monthly fees), please get in touch with us: support@eaglegps.ca - 30 days before next recurring payment.

I received all equipment in good condition - as ordered, according to the type and quantity that I requested.
All equipment has been installed as I requested and I approve the quality of installation, including the necessary wiring. My vehicle(s) is(are) functioning overall in the same way as before the installation. For self-installation: I realize that it is my responsibility to install the equipment correctly or have a qualified person of my choice install it for me.
I agree that the pictures taken by the installer can be used anytime to prove the correctness of the installation.
I verified my access to EAGLE GPS platform (www.eaglegps.ca / LOGIN) using the user name assigned to me and the password that I chose.
I verified that the data from the GPS trackers (e.g. geolocation: latitude, longitude) reaches EAGLE GPS platform (www.eaglegps.ca / DASHBOARD) and that my equipment is showing accordingly on the map.
